This scene is along the River Boyne behind Oldbridge House (Battle of the Boyne) in County Meath. Taken on a cold crisp Christmas morning in 2009. With the tracks left by recent contruction works and the Pillarbox dating from the Irish civil war you can see were the title of the photograph comes from.
